About Qi Gong

Qi Gong is an exercise that guides us into effortless relaxation and cultivation of energy. Qi is life force energy; an invisible energy source that moves through our bodies. Qi is proof that we are alive. Qi circulates through skillfully guided exercise to circulate the Qi, known as the gong.

 

​The quickest way to access qi is through the breath, but there are many different kinds of Qi. Blood is Qi. Wind is Qi. Food is Qi. Moving the Qi skillfully through our bodies brings us vitality and longevity. It is the effortless power within our energy body.

Qi Gong is self-health care and self-massage. To have a resilient body which is both strong and flexible, the practice of Qi Gong is an effective way to achieve this effortlessly. The benefits of Qi Gong include vitality and longevity. Qi Gong also simply makes us feel good. It relaxes both the body and the mind and brings an inner peace and grounding of emotions when mind and body are connected to the energy body.
 

Connecting to the infinite resources of the universal qi and the positive energy of the earth mixed with the cultivation of our own Qi is the true medicine that is cultivated through the practice of Qi Gong.
